Etsimme vuokralaista kaksion toiseen huoneeseen kimppakaveriksi Tonille. Huone on heti vapaa. Asunto sijaitsee osoitteessa Yliopistonkatu 4. Huoneisto on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, mutta ei kuitenkaan maan tasalla. Ikkunat ovat rauhallisen ja ison sisäpihan puolelle. Huoneistossa on yhteisinä tiloina keittiö, johon mahtuu ruokapöytä, mutta astianpesukonetta ei ole. Kylpyhuone on remontoitu putkiremontin yhteydessä vuonna 2014. Kylpyhuoneeseen mahtuu pyykinpesukone. Myös julkisivu- ja hissiremontti on talossa jo tehty, joten isoja remontteja ei ole enää tiedossa. Taloyhtiössä on maksuton pesutupa ja viihtyisä saunaosasto.
Huoneen seinät on maalattu ja lattiassa on laminaatti. Huoneessa on kiinteänä yksi kaappi ja lisäksi isompi irtokaappi. Vuokrattavan huoneen koko on noin 12 neliötä. Koko huoneiston koko on 51,5 neliötä.
Vuokra on 300 euroa/kk, joka sisältää laajakaista-vastikkeen. Tämän lisäksi maksettavaksi tulee kulutuksen mukaisesti vesi ja sähkö. Vakuutena käytämme 1 kk vuokraa vastaavaa summaa, joten se on 300 euroa. Jos haluat huoneen kalustettuna, se on mahdollista, vuokra on tällöin 350 euroa, samoin vakuus nousee vastamaan vuokraa.

We are looking for a tenant in the second room of the duplex as a roommate for Toni. The room is available already. The apartment is located at Yliopistonkatu 4, only a few hundred meters from the Jyväskylä University. The apartment is on the first floor, but not at ground level. The windows face the quiet and large courtyard. The apartment has a kitchen as common areas, which can fit a dining table, but there is no dishwasher. The bathroom was renovated in connection with the plumbing renovation in 2014. Also, the facade and elevator renovations have already been done in the building, so no major renovations are known anymore. The apartment complex has a free laundry room and a cozy sauna section.
