A furnished room (13m2) from a private house (Bus 22 and 23) is rented for a female from 1 month to 2 years. You´ll have a room and also shared big dining room, kitchen with fridge and washingmachine, bathroom, corridor, laundarymaching and a a dryingmachine. The landlady lives in same house in the other side with spaniels. Rent is 350 euros+ 50 euros per electricity + 20 euros for water per month. No smoking. You can rent the room from 1month up till 2 years.
