Olen alivuokraamassa ensi kevääksi aikavälillä 1.1.-30.6.2024 (tarkemmat päivämäärät neuvoteltavissa) asuntoani KOAS Kankaantornista. Asunto on kalustettu.
Kankaan alue on rauhallinen ja omaa hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Lisäksi alue on aivan keskustan vieressä ja Matkakeskukselle kävelee noin vartissa.
Asunnossa on astianpesukone, muttei pyykinpesukonetta. Talon pesulat ovat kuitenkin asukkaan käytössä maksutta. Lisäksi talon 16. kerroksessa oleva sauna on asukkaiden käytössä. Asunto on hyväkuntoinen ja asuinrakennus on valmistunut vuonna 2018.
Vuokra sisältää sähkön, veden ja internet-yhteyden.
Halutessasi voit saada kuvia tai videota asunnosta ja asunnosta keskusteleminen esimerkiksi videoyhteydellä on myös mahdollista, mikäli et paikan päälle näyttöön pääse. Ole siis vain rohkeasti yhteydessä, mikäli olet kiinnostunut.🥰

I'm renting my apartment from KOAS Kankaantorni for the time period 1.1.-30.6.2024 (the exact dates can be negotiated). The apartment is furnished.
The residence area is peaceful and it offers great opportunities for outdoor activities. The city center is very close and you can walk to the railway station in around 15 minutes.
The apartment has a dishwasher but no washing machine. However, the residents may use the laundry room for free. Additionally, the residents can use the sauna in the 16th floor of the building. The condition of the apartment is excellent and the building was constructed on 2018.
The rent includes water, electricity and internet.
