Asunnossa on makuuhuone, olohuone, pieni keittiö, eteinen ja WC-pesuhuone, jossa tila ja liitännät pesukoneelle. Olohuoneessa ja eteisessä on peiliovelliset liukuovikomerot.
Asunto on juuri remontoitu perusteellisesti. Huoneiston kaikki pinnat on uusittu. Keittiössä on kokonaan uusittu keittiönkalusteet, pöytäpinnat ja vesikalusteet.
