Asunto vuokrataan täysin kalustettuna, eli asunnossa on 120cm sänky, työpöytä- ja tuoli, ruokapöytä + 4 tuolia, vaaterekki, televisio ja televisiopöytä sekä pari hyllyä/lipastoa. Myös kaikki keittiön tarvikkeet ovat käytettävissä, ja lisäksi asunnossa oma pyykkikone ja tiskikone. Suurin osa nykyisen asukkaan tavaroista tullaan säilyttämään häkkivarastossa, joten tilaa välivuokralaisen tavaroille ei siellä välttämättä ole. Asunnossa on lisäksi isokokoinen (ei lasitettu) parveke, ja se sijaitsee viidennessä kerroksessa. Asunnolta on matkaa n. 3 km Jyväskylän keskustaan ja n. 2km Yliopistostolle, ja alle kilometrin päässä on 24/7 s-market. Ylioppilaskylästä on myös hyvät kulkyhteydet bussilla keskustan marketeille tai yliopistolle.

The rent is 493€/month, which includes electricity, water, internet connection and access to Rentukka's gym. The tenant must have their own home insurance for the duration of the tenancy.
The apartment is rented fully furnished, i.e. the apartment has a 120cm bed, desk and chair, dining table + 4 chairs, clothes rack, TV and TV table and a couple of shelves. All kitchen utensils are also available, and the apartment has its own washing machine and dishwasher. Most of the current tenant's belongings will be stored in the apartment’s storage room in a different building, so there may not be room for the new tenant's belongings. The apartment also has a large balcony (not glazed) and is located on the fifth floor. The apartment is about 3 km from the centre of Jyväskylä and about 2 km from the university, and there is a 24/7 s-market less than a kilometre away. The student village is also well connected by bus to the markets in the centre or to the university.
