I am renting my 28.5 square meter cell housing room with a shared kitchen between December 2025 and July 2026. The tenant has to be a male according to KOAS guidelines, but if you are a female and willing to share the kitchen with a male, we can discuss the matter together with KOAS.
The apartment is located basically next to a lake, and has great nature trails closeby. The building has a free-to-use laundry room, a sauna with 4 free shifts a week, a canoo (crazy, right!?), a gym with very basic equipments for working out, and is close to student village restaurant/gym Rentukka (8 min walk through the woods).
The university campus is quite close, furthest buildings being a 15 min bike ride away (Ylistö), closest around 6 minutes (Seminaarinmäki). The city center is also very accesible, around 10 minutes by bike or 20-25 by walking. You will receive my bicycle for the duration of the renting period.
The apartment itself is fully furnished with its own bathroom/shower, but you are of course able to furnish/change the layout according to your own liking. I would love to have a video call if you're interested in the apartment where we can get a better feel for one another, and if the apartment will suit you.
I do ask that you are willing to share your credit information before signing the rent contract.
