We are looking for a new flatmate for a two person apartment
on Ilmarisenkatu in the northern side of Jyväskylä centre.
The dream flatmate is a mature adult but who can still be silly and likes to laugh 🤪
The landlord requires staying for 6 months minimum.
Pets are welcomed, but obviously they need to be house clean and well behaved.
The flat is:
- furnished so youd only need to get towels & bedsheetstuffs & blanket
- old house but new surfaces, refurbished in 2018
- located on a surprisingly quiet street to be so close to the city centre
- on the third floor as per the finnish system, but second for everybody else :D
- can come with furniture inside as the current flatmate got a deal for you (bed+table+ lamp)
- additionaly there is a large cupboard + carpet + night stand in the room
- there is a swimming pool downstairs guys!
note, the rent is 400 + some bills
you need to be:
- awesome as a person, with a good sense of humour, honest, intelligent and so forth 🤩
- not a smoker
- not allergic to cats and dogs, in fact liking them is a bonus
- not a party animal, otherwise wed get kicked out and thatd not be great for my beauty sleep😭

- likes to hang out together
- 35yo, has lived in many countries
- in Finland to work at her own company
