I'm subletting my two room apartment in Mattilanpelto for the spring. It's very close to the University campus (approx. 3 minutes to Seminaarinmäki and 8 minutes to Mattilanniemi by walking). Apartment will be furnished and I'm also going to leave some towels, sheets and cooking/cutlery essentials. There's an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a small freezer. You can wash your clothes in the building's washing machine. Water and electricity have a separate cost.
It's possible to negotiate when you can move!!! I'm leaving for exchange in January but the dates are still a bit unsure. I'm sure that we can find a solution that works for the both of us :)
