Lähden vaihtoon ajalle 1.2.–30.6., ja etsin luotettavaa vuokralaista kalustettuun yksiööni. Vuokrausajankohta on joustava ja voidaan sopia tarkemmin tarpeidesi mukaan.
Asunto on valmiiksi kalustettu peruskalusteilla, kuten sängyllä, pöydällä ja sohvalla. Yksiö sijaitsee modernissa ja viihtyisässä Korttelikylässä, jossa on hyvät yhteydet ja rauhallinen asumisympäristö. Asunnossa ei ole pyykinpesukonetta tai tiskikonetta, mutta taloyhtiössä on toimiva ilmainen pesutupa. Lisäksi asunnossa on paikka omalle pyykinpesukoneelle, jos sellaisen haluaa tuoda.
Vuokraan sisältyvät vesi, sähkö ja netti, joten asumiskustannukset pysyvät selkeinä. Jälleenvuokraus tehdään Koasin sääntöjen mukaisesti, joten vuokralaisen tulee olla opiskelija.

The apartment is fully furnished with basic furniture, including a bed, table, and sofa. It is located in the modern and comfortable Koas Korttelikylä area, which offers good transport connections and a peaceful living environment. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dishwasher, but the building has a free and well-functioning laundry room. There is also a space for your own washing machine if you wish to bring one.
The rent includes water, electricity, and internet, making the living costs straightforward. The sublease will follow Koas regulations, so the tenant must be a student.
