Hey! We are looking for a new member for our shared flat in Tapionkatu. You would live with me (Ole, German) and Topi (Finn) in a relatively large flat in the 4th floor. This shared flat has existed for many years with changing inhabitants. We all have our own small rooms (each ~3x3m) but share a large living room, 2 toilets and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a balcony with a view to the harju tower, a small storage room and a sauna shift. We are not studying anymore and past our 20s but have no problem with a younger student joining our flat. We don´t mind your gender or nationality either. We generally look for someone interested - and preferably experienced - in shared living who would ideally also be planning to live in Jyväskylä for more than just a few months. Additional to rent, there is only a water bill (25€ per month per person deposit, actually charged when bill comes to the landlord) and electricity (under 20€ per month) to be paid. Heating, internet and the sauna shift are included. There is a supermarket, second hand shop, some good nature areas, swimming spots and the city center in short walking distance. Moving in date can very likely be before 01.01.26, as our current flatmate ends his Erasmus stay some time before christmas. You can contact me for photos or additional info via email.
