A spacious two-room flat is available for rent in a quiet building starting from January 1st, 2026. Perfect for a single tenant, a couple, or even flatmates. The apartment features a large living room, a bedroom, a walk-in closet, a separate kitchen, toilet, and a newly renovated bathroom with a sauna. A balcony faces the backyard, and large windows on the other side overlook the front yard.
Only a 5-minute walk to the Laajavuori skiing and outdoor trails, and just a 10-minute bike ride to the city centre. Short distance also to the university campuses. Rentukka (student cafeteria and gym) is just a stone’s throw away, and there are very good public transport connections. Several grocery stores nearby, including a 24/7 S-Market, as well as a school, daycare, and library. The housing company owns many parking spaces; if needed, the tenant can join the queue through the property manager’s office.
