Asunto:
Siistin ja viihtyisän asunnon koko on 25 neliötä. Näkymät viidennestä kerroksesta ovat suoraan Kirkkopuistolle, mikä tuo avaruutta isosta ikkunasta (hissi löytyy talosta). Sijainti keskustassa Kirkkopuistolla mahdollistaa lyhyet kulkuyhteydet yliopiston kaikille kampuksille (esim. Seminaarinmäelle 5min), ydinkeskustaan sekä myös juna-asemalle. Talosta löytyy pesutupa ja sisäpihalta käytettävissä on autopaikka. Kalustukseen kuuluu kaikki tarvittava: sänky 120cm, sohva, pöytä ja tuolit, kaappi, lamppu sekä TV.
Kivoja plussia asunnossa ovat tilava suihku sekä verhon takaa löytyvä vaatehuoneen tapainen vaatesäilytys:)
Vuokra:
Vuokra on 550€ (sisältää vesimaksun, sähkön, netin ja autopaikan). Vuokravakuus 1kk vuokra. Jos maksu onnistuu koko vuokra-ajalta kertamaksuna, voidaan sopia alempi hinta.
Asunto on vapaana 1.3.-31.7.2026 (joustovaraa on)!

I'm subleasing my lovely and furnished apartment due to my exchange in spring/summer 2026!
Apartment:
The cozy and neat apartment is 25 square meters. The view from the fifth floor is directly to the lovely Church park in the centre of Jyväskylä (there is a elevator in the house). The location makes it possible for walking distance to every University campus (for example Seminaarinmäki is 5min walk away), to the very centre of Jyväskylä and for example the train station. There is an extra laundry room for washing laundry and parking space for one car on the inner yard of the house. The furniture includes a bed 120cm, a sofa, a table and stools, lamp, a closet and a TV.
Nice things in the apartment are a roomy shower and a walk-in closet with a curtain :)
Rent:
The rent is 550€ a month (including water fee, electricity fee, wlan and the parking space). The rental deposit is one month rent. If you can pay the whole rent for the whole time at once, we can discuss a better price.
The apartment is free from March till July, but it is negotiable :)!
