Kalusteina sohvasänky, ruokapöytä ja tuolit, nojatuoli, kirjahylly ja lipasto. Asunnossa myös 140 cm leveä parvisänky, joka voidaan jättää tai viedä pois vuokralaisen toiveiden mukaisesti. Viereisessä rapussa vuokralaisen käytössä pesutupa sekä pieni kuntoiluhuone.
Ruokakauppa Mäkimatin S-market, bussipysäkit ja Seminaarinmäen kampusalue aivan vieressä. Novan sairaalaan kävellen 30 min, pyörällä ja bussilla n 10 min. Keskustaan kävellen n 15 min ja pyörällä n 5 min.
Vuokra 540€ / kk sisältää sähkön, veden ja internetin. Vuokravakuus 540€, kotivakuutus vaaditaan.

I'm subletting a furnished studio (27 sqm) next to Seminaarinmäki from 15.3.-31.8.2026 (dates flexible). The apartment has a balcony, spacious bathroom and as a plus a microwave and a dishwasher. Furnitures include a sofabed, dining table and chairs, armchair, bookshelf and a dresser. There is also a 140 cm wide lofted that can be left or taken away as the renter wishes. There is a laundry room and a small gym room in the next door building that the tenant can use.
The grocery store S-market Mäkimatti, bus stops and Seminaarinmäki Campusarea are close by. Nova hospital is 30 min by foot, 10 min by bus or bike. City centre is 15 min by foot and about 5 min by bike.
Rent 540 € per month includes water, electricity and internet. Security deposit is 540 € and a home insurance is required.
