Vuokra 525 €/kk, vesimaksu 35 €/hlö/kk. Mahdollisuus varata autopaikka (13 €/kk). Taloyhtiön laajakaistayhteys sisältyy vuokraan. Vuokralainen solmii oman sähkösopimuksen, laaja kotivakuutus ja kunnossa olevat luottotiedot edellytetään. Ei lemmikkejä eikä tupakointia.

Spacious and bright studio apartment on the second floor with a balcony and sauna, located near Kuokkala’s services. The living room and kitchen windows, as well as the glazed balcony, face southwest. The kitchen includes a dishwasher (replaced in 11/2024) and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom can fit a small washing machine. (The apartment currently has a washing machine and microwave, which will remain for the tenant’s use.)
Rent: €525/month, water fee €35/person/month. Option to reserve a parking space (€13/month). The building’s internet connection is included in the rent. The tenant must arrange their own electricity contract; home insurance and valid credit history are required. No pets and no smoking.
