A furnished 54 m² one-bedroom apartment is available for fixed-term rental from the 1st of March until the 30th of June 2026.
This quiet, through-apartment is located on the third floor of the building. The apartment includes a kitchen equipped for basic cooking with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a washing machine and a rain shower. In addition, the apartment has a balcony and a walk-in closet. There is plenty of storage space.
The housing company offers a bicycle storage room, as well as a sauna and swimming pool. Sauna and pool reservations are handled through the housing company.
The rent is 720 €/month + water fee 28 €/person/month. The rent includes a 200 Mbit/s internet connection. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and obtaining comprehensive home insurance. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Credit information will be checked.
The apartment is preferably rented for the entire fixed term. The level of furnishing can be agreed upon separately.
Note: The basement storage unit is not available during the rental period. No parking space. The building does not have an elevator.
