Hei! We're looking for a new member in our cozy, warm-hearted shared flat of three right next to the centre of Jyväskylä, opposite a supermarket and second-hand shop. The room is already available so it's possible to move right away! Rent is 349 e/month + water and electricity based on use (under 400€/month total!). You´ll get your own separate contract with the landlord, making it easy to apply for housing support!
The own rooms are relatively small with approximately 9m2 each, but the shared space is very big. Shared spaces include a big living room & dining hall, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher!), bathroom (washing machine), a second small toilet and hallway. An atmospheric old house with a roof-top sauna, and a flat with a cozy vintage feeling and a lot of sun in the living room. But no elevator! In case you need for your own room, we can provide a table, chair, lamp and bed - at least for the beginning.
We are Ole (german) and Topi (finnish), no students anymore and over 30. However, you can be of any age and gender as long as we have about the same idea of living together in a shared flat :) We hope to keep our home a peaceful place where one can rest whenever in need of it, but also cook and do things together occasionally.
