Hi! I am a master's student at JYU, and I am subletting my studio apartment for February and March. The apartment is new (construction was completed in 2025), and it is located in Kortepohja, where all the services (grocery store, gym, student restaurant, and study rooms) are nearby. In the building, there is a laundry room, a Subway, and a grocery store. The rent is 450 euros per month and includes wifi and heating. There is a small additional water fee based on consumption.
The apartment is fully furnished, so you don't need to buy your own furniture. You are free to use all the kitchen appliances and cleaning equipment. Note: The apartment is most suited for a female tenant. If you are interested in tenancy, feel free to contact me via email or text! :)
