Me etsimme alivuokralaista 1.5-31.8. ajalle. Lyhyempikin aika on myös neuvoteltavissa.
Asuntomme on kotoisa, tilava ja sijaitsee erittäin hyvällä paikalla keskustan läheisyydessä, Vaasankatu 7.
Kyseessä on kaksio (50m2), joka on hyvin kalustettu. Asunto sisältää ison parisängyn ja levitettävän sohvan (leveys 120cm), joka mahdollistaa useamman henkilön majoittumisen.
Asunto sopii niin kesätyöntekijöille, urheilijoille kuin muuten asuntoa kesällä kaipaaville.☀️
Vuokra 750€/kk plus vesiennakko 25€/kk/henkilö. Vuokrasta voidaan kuitenkin neuvotella asukkaiden määrän sekä asumisajan mukaan.
Vuokralainen ottaa oman kotivakuutuksen sekä sähkösopimuksen. Netti kuuluu vuokraan.

We are looking for a subtenant for the period 1 May–31 August. A shorter stay is also negotiable.
Our apartment is cozy, spacious, and located in a great area close to the city center, at Vaasankatu 7.
The apartment is a one-bedroom (50 m²) and comes fully furnished. It includes a large double bed and a sofa bed (120 cm wide), which allows accommodation for multiple people.
The apartment is suitable for summer employees, athletes, or anyone in need of a place to stay over the summer. ☀️
Rent is €750/month plus a water advance of €25/month/person. The rent is negotiable depending on the number of residents and the length of stay.
The tenant is responsible for their own home insurance and electricity contract. Internet is included in the rent.
