Etsin alivuokralaista 25 neliön yksiööni vaihdon ajaksi, noin elo-joulukuu, mutta päivissä on joustoa. Asunto on KOASin ja sijaitsee keskustassa, vuokra ~450 e/kk. KOASin sääntöjen vuoksi alivuokralaisen on oltava opiskelija.
Yhtiössä 2x maksuton pesutupa, kerhotila, kuntohuone ja edulliset saunat. Asunto on täysin kalustettu ja varusteltu, näistäkin yksityiskohdista voidaan sopia. Talo on 2013 rakennettu ja asunto siisti, vaaleansävyinen. Kylppäriin mahtuu tuoda oman pesukoneen.

I’m looking for a subtenant for my 25 m² studio while I'm on exchange, roughly from Aug-Dec, but the dates are flexible. The apartment is owned by KOAS and located in the city center, rent is around 450 €/month. Due to KOAS regulations, the subtenant must be a student.
The building has two free laundry rooms, a club room, a small gym, and affordable saunas. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and details can be agreed on. The building was built in 2013 and the apartment is clean and light-colored. There’s space in the bathroom for your own washing machine.
