Asunto on remontoitu perusteellisesti reilu vuosi sitten. Huoneiston kaikki pinnat on uusittu. Keittiössä on kokonaan uusittu keittiönkalusteet, pöytäpinnat ja vesikalusteet. Keittiössä on myös uudet keraaminen liesi, jääkaappi, pakastinkaappi sekä astianpesukone. Myös kaikki sähkökalusteet ja valaisimet on uusittu remontin yhteydessä. The apartment has a bedroom, living room, small kitchen, hallway and toilet-laundry room, with space and connections for a washing machine. The living room and hallway have sliding door closets with mirror doors. The apartment has been thoroughly renovated about one a year ago. All surfaces in the apartment have been renovated. The kitchen has completely renovated kitchen furniture, tabletops and plumbing fixtures. The kitchen also has a new ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer cabinet and dishwasher. All electrical fixtures and lighting have also been renovated during the renovation. The walls and floors of the utility room are tiled and all the plumbing was renewed during the HVAC renovation a couple of years ago.
The rent includes a cable TV fee and an advance payment for the water fee, which is settled annually or, according to the agreement, after reading the water meter 1-4 times a year.
