Vuokraan sisältyy netti, sähkö ja vesi. Lisäksi käytössä ovat julkiset saunatilat ja kuntosali.
Asunto on hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä, ja Laajiksen hyvät lenkkimaastot ovat ihan kävelyetäisyyden päässä. Asunnon alakerrassa on ruokakauppa. Mahdollisuus omaan autopaikkaan löytyy.

We are looking for a subtenant for our furnished two-room apartment in Kortepohja, Jyväskylä (2 km from the city centre) for the summer (1 May – 31 August 2026).
The rent includes internet, electricity, and water. You will also have access to shared sauna facilities and a gym.
The apartment is well connected by public transport, and the great outdoor trails of Laajis are within walking distance. There is a grocery store located on the ground floor of the building. A private parking space is also possible.
