Välivuokraan 27:n neliömetrin kalustetun yksiön yläkaupungilta kesäkuun alusta heinäkuun puoliväliin (1.6.-15.7.2026, neuvoteltavissa tarvittaessa esim. vain kesäkuun ajaksi tai 1.6.-20.7.2026). Asunnosta löytyy pyykinpesukone. Vuokran hintaan sisältyy vesi, sähkö ja internet sekä pääsy Koas Harjun yhteisiin tiloihin (pyykkitupa, kuntosali ja asukkaiden yleiset saunavuorot).
Otathan yhteyttä, mikäli kiinnostuit! Lähetän asunnosta mielelläni kuvia ja kerron lisää. Asunto sijaitsee ydinkeskustan ja yliopiston pääkampusen välillä, kumpaankin n. 5 min. kävelymatka. Asunnossa on tällä hetkellä toinen välivuokralainen, joten esim. videopuhelumahdollisuudesta olisi neuvoteltava erikseen hänen kanssaan.

I'm subletting a 27 squaremetre FURNISHED studio apartment near the centre of Jyväskylä from the beginning of June until mid-July (1.6.-15.7.2026; the dates are up for negotiation, e.g., possible to rent just for June or from the beginning of June until July 20th). There is a laundry machine in the apartment. The rent includes electricity, water, and internet, as well as access to Koas Harju's common spaces (laundry room, small gym, and shared sauna shifts).

The apartment is located in-between the city centre and the JYU main campus, around a five-minute walk to both. There is currently someone else living in the apartment, so a video call possibility would have to be agreed on with them.
I expect the person renting the apartment to be tidy and respectful towards the neighbours and the belongings in the apartment. :)
