A full furnished room(s) (14m2) from a private house (Bus 22 and 23) is rented for a female from 1 month to 3 years. You´ll have a room and also shared big dining room, kitchen with fridge and washingmachine, bathroom, corridor, laundarymaching and a dryingmachine. You can also use the the sheets and towels, dishes you need and pots for making food. The landlady visits sometimes in the other part of the house with her spaniels. Rent is 360 euros/room+ 35 euros/room per electricity + 25 euros for water.

Haluatko vuokrata kalustetun huoneen , omakotitalosta bussin A-vyöhykkeeltä? Käytössäsi on oma kalustettu 14m2:n huone. Lisäksi yhteiskäytössä on 35 m2 kalustettu olohuone, keittiö (astianpesukone, jääkaappi, pakastin, astiat), eteinen ja kylpyhuone sekä pesukone ja kuivuri. – Omakotitalon toisessa päässä käy satunnaisesti lomalla vuokraemäntä spanieleineen. Ei tupakointia.
Voit vuokrata kalustetun huoneen tai kaksi toiveesi mukaan 1kk-3 vuodeksi haluamallasi aloituspäivämäärällä.
Vuokra 360 euroa/huone + sähkö 35 euroa/kk/huone vesi 25 euroa. Käytössäsi on maksuton Wifi (valokuitu). Pyydäthän kuvia huoneesta ja talosta!
