Subject associations are for students who share a particular subject as a major. Each Finnish study programme in the University of Jyväskylä has its own subject association.
Subject associations’ main task is to look after the needs of the students of their subject. This includes both the supervision of their members’ interests in their faculty and the organization a wide range of free-time activities from cultural events to parties and sports events.
