The questionnaire in English and Finnish can be used by the organizations to gather data about equality situation at the organization. The questionnaire includes questions about sexual harassment, discrimination and accessibility. The members of the organization answer the questionnaire anonymously.
When the time for responding ends the organization’s board can ask their own results from JYY’s Specialist in Social Affairs. Getting the report requires at least 20 respondents from that organization. This questionnaire tool is developed to facilitate the equality planning of the organizations. The questionnaire can also be repeated and thus the improvement of the organization’s equality situation can be followed.
