Museum Appro 2025

The coming autumn will offer unforgettable cultural experiences when museums can once again be visited during the popular Museum Appro event. Museum Appro is an interdisciplinary event held in Jyväskylä, where participants visit local cultural sites. A single ticket grants access to all participating venues. This year’s Museum Appro will be longer than ever before, running from September 17 to 26, 2025.

In honor of the record-breaking Museum Appro, one lucky raffle winner will receive a Museum Card (worth 86 €) and passes to Museum Appro. For more information about the raffle and how to enter, visit the official Museum Appro Instagram account here.

There are 10 locations participating in Museum Appro 2025. Below is a list of the locations, their addresses, links to their websites, and accessibility information for each location. The websites provide information on opening hours and exhibitions on display.

Ticket sales

You can visit all the Museum Appro locations with a single ticket. The ticket price is 3 € + service fee. Tickets will go on sale on Kide.app on September 9 at 12 noon. Buy your ticket early, as there are a limited number of tickets available!

Get your ticket! Tickets will be on sale on Kide.app on September 9 at 12 noon. The link to ticket sales can be found above.
Pick up your appropass before the event starts! Appropass pickup times can be found below.
Visit the event locations between September 17 and 26 and collect stamps in your passport. You can only get one stamp from each location. Note! The stamps for Researchers’ Night can be obtained from the Agora lobby.
Once you have collected four stamps, you are entitled to a fantastic and unique Museum Appro 2025 overall badge! Overall badges will be distributed on two days. You can find the exact collection times below. For those who are late, badges will also be available at the JYY office for 2 weeks after the end of the appro.
If you wish, you can participate in a raffle for a Museum Card (worth 86 €). All participants who have completed the appro are eligible to participate in the raffle. If you participate in the raffle, remember to write your contact information in your appropass and leave your passport with the examiner when you pick up your overall badge.
