KORTEPOHJA’S SHROVETIDE
Tue 5.3. at 17, Kortepohja Student Village
Student Village’s BBQ season will be opened on 5th of March in the honor of Shrovetide! Sausage, warm beverages, mölkky and other yard games will be involved. Let’s meet by the grill in the middle of the Student Village at 2pm and continue the day in sledding hill. You can borrow sleds and gliders at the grill house for free.

FAR FROM HOME PHOTO EXHIBITION
5.3. – 19.3. Jyväskylä City Library 2. floor, adults’ section
Photographer Meeri Koutaniemi traveled to the Tabareybarey refugee camp in Niger in 2013 to film the lives of two Malian girls, who had escaped from home. Plan’s volunteers are present during the opening day on 5.3. 12-18. Coffee is served.

KOREAN POP DANCE (K-POP) IN ENGLISH

BREAST STROKE AND FREESTYLE SWIMMING COURSE

Breast stroke and freestyle course for advanced swimmers. To take part in this course, you must be able to swim at least 200 meters. Course fee 33 €.

UN Association of Jyväskylä and Plan volunteers of Jyväskylä organize a documentary and discussion event on International Women’s Day, Friday the 8th of March. We will be showing the Oscar-winning short documentary Period – End of sentence. After the documentary, we will have speakers discussing its themes.
