Situation with the pandemic currently changes quickly. JYY actively follows the instructions and the restrictions of the University of Jyväskylä, the city of Jyväskylä and the Regional State Administrative Agency. These instructions are based on the newest instructions made by the Regional State Administrative Agency. The instruction will be updated if the restrictions and recommendations change.
The associations are recommended to follow the current restrictions such as avoiding physical gatherings and events.
The organizers must be prepared to change their plans or if needed, cancel their events.
When planning events, it is useful to recognize that the instructions can change quickly.
The associations are recommended to actively follow the development of the situation. JYY recommends that both associations and individuals follow the instructions.
Restrictions on public and private events and gatherings have been lifted.
In the facilities of the University of Jyväskylä, events can be organised from 28 February 2022 by following the restrictions of Regional State Administrative Agency for public events and JYU’s principles for using facilities.
The University of Jyväskylä is gradually shifting to contact teaching.
