Student union’s central office at Ilokivi is closed on Friday 8.2 due to the
National Union of University Students in Finland (SYL) seminar in Kuopio.
Central office is open as usual Mon-Thu between 12 and 16.

In February, Jyväskylä Entrepreneurship Society’s Sunday brunch differs a bit from the regular one as the brunch table is ready at 9:45 at SuperPark. Brunch stage is taken over by Taneli Sutinen, the man behind the idea of SuperPark. You will hear how an idea to solve a practical problem became a phenomenon including already 20 SuperParks around the world. After the presentation brunch guests will have free access to try different activities that SuperPark has to offer.

Having trouble with the financial statement? Join JYY’s training at the back of Ilokivi cafeteria. Take with you the accounting documents of your association and let’s fix them together. The training is designed for the 2018 bookkeepers, but new bookkeepers are also welcome. Josefiina Hukari will be leading the training.

KORTEPOHJA’S HANDICRAFT CLUB

TAEKWONO BASICS INTENSIVE COURSE

This two-month course is held twice a week on Tuesdays 17.30-19 in Ryhtilä (Seminaarinmäki) and Thursdays 19.30-21 at Lohikoski school. For students with a special price 30 € (norm. 50 €). You are welcome to join even if you have no sports background!

Weekend Thesis Undertaking (WTU for short) is weekend dedicated to writing your thesis. Why? Because peer pressure works! So take your laptop with you, bring yourself to the club room in F-building, meet others who are also battling with their Master’s or Bachelor’s thesis, set a goal for the weekend and share it with the others. Then just get to work! On Sunday we will check how these goals are accomplished.
