JES SUNDAY BRUNCH: CRAZY TOWN

Delicious treats are served on 6.10. in the Crazy Town premises (entrance from Kauppalaispiha). Brunch tables will be full of treats, prepared with love by the board members. Brunch is served at 11am and doors open at 10.45. Click ‘attending’ in Facebook!

7.10-13.10 JYY – Student Union of the University of Jyväskylä
The well-being week for higher education students is taking place 7th-13th of October. During the week, there are many events all over Jyväskylä. The organizers are the Student unions JYY and JAMKO, Academic sports of Jyväskylä and FSHS.

LET’S LEARN TOGETHER
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3 pm – 5 pm at Gloria
Welcome to volunteer at Let’s learn together event organized by Paremmin Yhdessä! The activities support immigrants of all ages in their studies and practicing Finnish. Volunteers do not have to be experts in any field – assignments and exercises are done by brainstorming together.

THE CULTURE OF MIND 5 – MENTAL HEALTH DAY -SEMINAR 2019
Thu 10.10, starting at 9am, different locations at the University of Jyväskylä campus
We’ll be supporting World Mental Health day with The Culture of the Mind -seminar and, this year with the the theme “environment”. At the seminar we’ll discuss about the environmental factors affecting mental health and well-being. And how about Eco-Anxiety, what is that? During the day we have lectures, workshops and panel discussion about these topics.

RENTUKKA’S WELLBEING EVENING

Relax in the yoga class, train at the gym, instructed by Kortepohja sports club or enjoy yourself in the Bastu sauna – or all of the above!
