CrossFit experiment at monday 14.30-15.30 pm

Getting to know CrossFit training. The class includes a traditional CrossFit workout, which includes a warm-up, technique training and a “metco” workout that raises the heart rate.

Participants maximum 14 (and minimum 8) people. This sport experiment requires pre-registration in Kide.app.
