– No open fire.
– JYY will distribute garbage and bottle bags for the picnic participants. If you are too tired to take them to the shop, you can bring them to the JYY info tent at the end of the picnic. Please deliver the rubbish bags to the rubbish bins. Before leaving, please check that your own place is tidy!
– In the park, there will be security officers and stewards in the public area to help you in case of emergencies or disturbances. The security officers will also act as trusted persons at the event.
– The area is accessible, but we do ask that people with reduced mobility use the Harju passageways. The ground on the ridge may still be soft.
– The best way to reach the Harju for people with reduced mobility is via the access route to the Normal School.
