Henri Häkkinen has been selected as the new Editor in Chief of the student newspaper Jylkkäri.
The representatives’ council made the decision in its meeting on November 23rd, 2023 based on the recruitment team’s proposal. Häkkinen will start in the role in January 2024.
Häkkinen is currently studying journalism in the university of Jyväskylä.
Jylkkäri is a student media that has been published since 1960. Its articles deal with student life, society, culture and timely issues. The printed paper is published six times each year and in addition, Jylkkäri is published online and has an active presence on social media.
