We’ll practice mindfulness which means bringing the attention to experiences
occurring in the present moment. The practice contains simple breathing-, movement-, and visual image exercises, which help us to control stress, relax and concentrate. Both experienced mindfulness practitioners and newcomers are welcome. Guided by Minna Ollikainen, MA Psych, psychologist, psychotherapist.
KOREAN POP DANCE (K-POP)

K-pop is a modern form of popular music in South Korea, which was
influenced by different genres of music around the world (Western pop,
rock, jazz, Latin, hip-hop, R&B, electronic dance, folk, classical,
etc.) with traditional Korean music at its roots. With many K-pop
artists, choreography and their dance performance is a very important
part of their music, to which fans can follow and make covers of. At
this course, you will be able to learn fun and easy choreographies of
some K-Pop songs.
CLIMATE MARCH #NYTONPAKKO
Sat 20.10. at 14.30, Helsinki Senate Square
The consequences of climate change shocked Finland and the rest of the world last summer. Climate change is already here and the time to act is now! Join us in demanding ambitious actions to mitigate climate change. The march will depart from the Senate Square at 15:00 and JYY members will meet each other at the stairs of Helsinki Cathedral, next to Unioninkatu. Welcome everyone suffering from a chronic climate change anxiety!
