Check out the campaign program and events in Jyväskylä
Students’ Mental Health Day is being organized for the first time this spring. The day is Wednesday 18th of April, and the campaign will run from 9 to 20 April 2018. Our goal is to provoke conversations about students’ mental health and to invite everyone to support the cause of mental well-being.
Campaign theme 2018: Well-being from Compassion
Students’ Mental Health Day has a different theme every year. The campaign theme for 2018 is compassion. The aim of this theme selection is to highlight the significance of compassion to mental health. The way we treat ourselves and others has an immense impact on our well-being. Even small actions matter. Compassion matters!
Participate on the campaign – Pull a stunt for student compassion!
A) Organize campaign action within you own student community
On Students’ Mental Health Day on Wednesday 18 April we campaign for compassion. We invite everyone to think up and implement activities for increasing compassion in study communities. Anyone can organize activities – students and staff alike. Imagination is the only limit when thinking up ideas!
B) Participate on the campaign online
You can also participate in the campaign online by taking part in a social media challenge, joining an open group chat, or following a webinar.
