SPORT EVENT FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Tue 1.10. Ladun maja
Let’s bike together to Ladun maja, starting in front of Liikunta building. We’ll go mushroom picking, walk a trail track, play ballgames and do some exercises, go to swimming and sauna. Jyväskylän latu offers coffee and donuts and the kiosk is open. The event is open for everyone but it’s A part of the Academic Sports’ course. Sign up now!

FREE ONE-TO-ONE GYM TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION
Tue 1.10. at 13.15 or Wed 2.10. at 12.15, Liikunta gym
Free, one-time exercise instructed by a sports student. The focus is on the proper use of equipment, different exercises and gym training in general. Let’s make the session personalized for you!

CYCLING MARATHON 2H
Sat 5.10. at 12-14, Sports Centre Klub1
Academic Sports in co-operation with the sports and well-being club Klub1 organizes the Cycling Marathon on Saturday 5th of October at 12-2pm. Everyone from beginners to experienced bikers can join. The marathon costs 8 euros.
