Bodycombat is going to be Wellbeing Week’s real sweat workout! Bodycombat is a fun workout, which is based on martial arts. It combines fun choreo, punching and kicking to the beat of immersive and inspiring music. It is influenced by boxing, taekwondo, karate, capoeira and muy thai. Bodycombat is for anyone who wants to challenge yourself!
For many of us, power training like Bodycombat can be the most effective way to get your thoughts elsewhere and be in the moment. Also, you can feel empowered as well as a feel certain amount of pride of outdoing yourself!
The best thing about bodycombat is that it can never be perfect. Therefore, it does not matter whether you have attended bodycombat classes several times or whether you are a first-timer. Everyone, regardless of their skill level, is welcome to join the class!
The number of participants in the workshop is limited to 30 people. Registration opens on March 28 at 12.
