Pole dance, Monday 21.10. at 14.15-15.00
Maximum number of participants: 15 people
Equipment: Short shorts (long pants can be worn at the beginning of the class), a small towel, a water bottle, long hair tied up, skin free from lotions/oils, no jewelry, no shoes
Description: Pole dance is a dashing sport and training form suitable for everyone regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Pole dance develops muscles and body control, with particular improvement in upper body strength occurring rapidly with practice! In the trial class, we will practice various simple spins and holds, such as sitting on the pole.
Aerial hoop, Tuesday 22.10. at 15.15-16.00
Maximum number of participants: 14 people
Equipment: Long pants, a small towel, a water bottle, long hair tied up, no jewelry, no shoes
Description: In this class, you will perform tricks in the air using an aerial hoop. This is a fun way to train body control while strengthening your muscles! In the trial class, you will learn how to get into the hoop and practice a few basic tricks.
Hammock acrobatics, Monday 21.10. at 15.15-16.00
Maximum number of participants: 15 people
Equipment: Long pants and a long-sleeved shirt (a T-shirt is also acceptable), a water bottle, long hair tied up without pins, no jewelry, no shoes
Description: At hammock acrobatics class, you will learn tricks using a hammock hanging at hip height. This is a fun way to train body control, grip strength, and flexibility! We will practice climbing up the hammock and also various simple spins and pretty poses.
Aerial yoga, Tuesday 22.10. at 14.15-15.00
Maximum number of participants: 15 people
Equipment: Long pants and a long-sleeved shirt (a T-shirt is also acceptable), a water bottle, long hair tied up without pins, no jewelry, class is done barefoot
Description: In aerial yoga class, the yoga practice is performed using fabric suspended at hip height. Aerial yoga helps develop body control and release tension in tight areas! In the trial class, you will explore various asanas (yoga poses) using the fabric at a gentle pace and also try inversions (turning upside down).
