Love and friendship are in the air! For the first time ever, Ilokivi Queer Night will feature speed dating in addition to speed friending. Both will take place in bingo format! At the end of the evening we will be dancing to vinyls by DJ iltatatu. The event is 18+.

How does speed friending and speed dating work in bingo format?
– On arrival, each participant fills in a card to tell you what they are looking for and receives a bingo card matching the theme. The bingo card can be used as a conversation starter!
– Once the speed friending/dating starts, participants will look for a free participant to chat with. One round lasts 15 minutes, which means you have the chance to meet 8 other participants during the evening! Don’t forget to fill in your bingo card.
– When the bell rings, it’s time to find the next person you want to meet! Again, the round lasts 15 minutes.
– If you complete the entire bingo card, you’ll win yourself and the person you choose a drink/mocktail from the evening’s drinks list!

If you want to take a break in the middle of speed friending/dating or want to continue the ongoing conversation, that’s totally fine.

You can recognise the Trusted Person by the grey Student Union JYY hoodie and the Trusted Person pin. You can contact her with a low threshold if you feel that JYY’s Principles of a Safer Space has been violated.
