Discover the world of functional training in Crossfit!

Monday 23.10 and Tuesday 24.10 at 14:30-15:30. An hour-long CrossFit intro for newbies at CrossFit40100. The class explains what CrossFit is and how it is implemented. The hour-long experiment begins with a warm-up, followed by skills/tutorial in a few easy steps. This is followed by Metcon practice and finally cooling down.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class. Please note that the classes require prior registration in (max. 16 participants).
Classes are held at Vasarakatu 9.
