The Preliminary Voting of JYY Council of Representatives election started today 2.11. at 8 am. The elections are arranged as electronic election via internet with personal university username and password. Voting is possible on Preliminary Voting days November 2-3 and election days November 6-8 between 8 am and 8 pm on Student Union’s website jyy.fi/en/vote.
The Student Union has been contacted by several student who haven’t been able to log in the voting system at jyy.fi/en/vote. JYY has been solving the problem together with Trevea and University of Jyväskylä. The problem is now solved and all students eligible to vote at the election should be able to log in voting system. The problem was caused by a trouble in university’s information system.
All members of the Student Union that are currently registered as students at the University of Jyväskylä are eligible to vote at the election. In elections students elect a new Coulcil for the term of 2018-2019. If you still face problems logging in, please contact the Executive Director of JYY. Sorry for the inconvenience!
