Tuesday 4.10.
Judo at from 5pm to 6:30pm
Where: Jyväskylän monitoimitalo, judo hall 3 (Kuntoportti 3).
Equipment: Sports clothes, bare feet (preferably washed feet), drinking bottle, no watches and jewelry.
Akido from 6:30pm to 7:15pm
Aikido is a Japanese budo sport. Aikido stands for “the way of harmonious power”. The self-defense goal of Aikido is to utilize the attacker’s own movement power, directing it in such a way that neither the attacker nor the defender is harmed. The main principles of its practice are non-violence and non-competition. Trainees hone their skills in cooperation without mutual competition. Aikido is not tied to physical strength, so it is suitable for everyone regardless of age and gender.

Equipment: Light tracksuit, for example, loose pants and a t-shirt. You are barefoot on the tatami mat, so it is good to wash your feet before practice in the dressing room. Either sandals or clean socks must be worn when walking between the dressing room and the tatami.
