Pole dance from 2pm to 2:40pm
Pole dancing is a spectacular sport and form of training that is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender or fitness. Pole dancing develops muscles and body control, and especially the strength of the upper body develops quickly with the hobby! In the trial class, various easy spins are practiced, as well as holding movements, such as sitting on a bar.
Equipment: short shorts (long pants can be worn at the beginning of the class), small towel, water bottle, long hair tied back, skin clean of creams/makeup, jewelry removed, no shoes in class
Where: Tankosali. Cygnaeuksenkatu 3, 40100. The outside door can be found on the side of the courtyard/parking lot, from there the stairs up to the second floor.
Aerial hoop from 3pm to 3:40pm
In the aerial hoop class, they do tricks in the air with the help of a ring. Here you can train your body control while strengthening your muscles in a fun way! In the trial lesson, we learn how to get on the tire, and we practice a few different elementary tricks.
Equipment: long-legged pants, small towel, drinking bottle, long hair tied, jewelry removed, no shoes in class

Wednesday 5.10.
Aerial acrobatics from 2pm to 2:40pm
In the aerial acrobatics class, tricks are performed with the help of a cloth hung at hip height. Here you can train body control, compression strength and mobility in a fun way! In the trial lesson, climbing is practiced, as well as various easy tricks and spins.
Equipment: long-legged pants and a long-sleeved shirt (a t-shirt is also fine), water bottle, long hair tied without pins, jewelry removed, no shoes in class

Air Yoga from 3pm to 3:40pm
In an air yoga class, the yoga exercise is done with a cloth hung at hip height. In aerial yoga you can e.g. to develop body control and open body knots! In the trial class, we will explore different asanas, i.e. yoga positions, using the cloth at a leisurely pace, and we will also try inversion, i.e. turning upside down.
