Wellbeing week

Participate in wellbeing week and increase your own and others’ well-being!

The week will be held 4.-9.10. and the theme is I am enough. There are several interesting, inspiring and relaxing events during the week. For example, body positivity -evening, exercise experiments, a self-esteem webinar and mindfulness.

The culture of the mind -seminar is part of the wellbeing week and will be held on 7.10.

During the seminar there is also lectures, bulletins and a panel discussion. All of them give you more knowledge to increase the wellbeing of you and the others.
