The Wellbeing Week’s last workshop provides an opportunity to calm down towards the weekend. The instructor of the workshop of Recovery of Body and Mind will be Tiia Thil, the developer of Umove’s student sports. The workshop will include a variety of different kinds of exercises that can be easily utilized in your own daily life as recovery techniques.
The workshop will include light body and mind care. Some of the exercises are as well suited for break workouts in the middle of the study days. Break workouts have shown to improve both recovering and refreshing the body and mind. The workshop begins and ends with a short mindfulness exercise. Come find tools to help you avoid fatigue!
The number of participants in the workshop is limited to 25 people. Workshop is only in Finnish.
