After the teekkarikaste, it’s time to have a picnic and a party in Mattilanniemi Park on Tuesday 30.4. from 8 pm till 11 pm. JYY will provide music, yard games to borrow and Celsius is back! Be quick – only a limited amount of Celsius is available at the JYY tent.

This year, the toilets on both floors of the MaD building will be available for use for our participants! The toilets will be open throughout the event. You can fill your own water bottles in the toilets.

The event is free admission.

PLEASE NOTE

– Park access routes must be kept clear throughout the event, as well as the sidewalks around the park.
– You may bring your own food and snacks. We recommend bringing a tarp or blankets!
– JYY will distribute garbage and bottle bags to the participants of the Mattilanniemi Park. The bags can be delivered to the JYY information tent at the end of the picnic. Before leaving, please check that your own picnic area is tidy!
– In the park, there will be security officers to help you in case of emergencies and disturbances. The security officers will also act as trusted persons at the afterparty.
– The area is accessible, but we ask that people with reduced mobility position themselves at the edge of the pavements. The ground in the park may still be soft.
