Ilokivi Service Desk

Our service desk is located in the lobby of the Ilokivi Student Union Building, to the right of the main entrance, at Keskussairaalantie 2. The lobby and service desk are accessible. You will also find customer service desk of Soihtu Housing at the same location.

Opening hours:

• Mon 11.30-13.00
• Tue Campus day (check location below)
• Wed 11.30-13.00
• Thu 11.30-13.00
• Fri closed

The service desk will be closed during the summer from 12th of June to 2nd of August. You can pick up your student card sticker at the Soihtu Housing service desk throughout the summer.

Board of Executives

The Student Union Council chooses a Board of Executives every year. The Board is in charge of daily decision making and the implementation of the Council’s decisions. The Board also issues statements in matters concerning students, distributes grants for associations and hires employees.

The Student Union has three harassment contact persons who offer support to students who have experienced harassment, bullying, racism, discrimination, or other inappropriate treatment. Discussions with the contact persons are strictly confidential, and no action will be taken without the consent of the person concerned. Read more about our harassment contact person services here.
