Registration
To make use of JYY’s services, an association must register within JYY annually. Registration is done through the form available on this page. JYY will contact the association once a decision on the registration has been made.
In addition, registered subject and hobby associations must annually submit up-to-date contact details of their boards using the forms on this page.

Decision on registration
JYY’s Board reviews all applications and decides whether an association is registered to the sphere of JYY. The Board may reject an application if the association does not meet the registration criteria. Additionally, after consulting the association, JYY’s Board may decide to register the association in a different category (as a subject or hobby association) than proposed in the application. Once registration is approved, the association is added to the association activists’ email list.
The Member Services and Association Specialist, together with the Board member responsible for associations, monitor compliance with the criteria based on grant applications and other reports. If an association no longer meets the registration requirements, JYY’s Board may, after consulting the association, remove it from the list of registered associations.
