Loanable equipment

Not everything needs to be owned. JYY lends a wide range of items and equipment to associations, student groups, and individual members within its sphere. The goal of the loan service is to make everyday student life and event organization easier, while also promoting more sustainable student living.

JYY’s loanable items

The selection includes, for example, equipment for organizing events, tools, games, and other useful items for student life and leisure. JYY’s loanable items can be collected according to your schedule during the opening hours of the Ilokivi building (weekdays 9:00–16:00) from the loan lockers located in the hallway leading to JYY’s member activities office. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions including the locker PIN code, how to use the lockers, and the pick-up and return times. Always reserve items in advance by email at jyy@jyy.fi.

Loanable items at Kortepohja Student Village

At Rentukka, you will find a loan vending machine from which you can rent various items, ranging from a sewing machine to a textile cleaner and tools.
