Etsin kämppäkaveria kolmioon, joka sijaitsee Jyväskylän keskustassa. Kämppis saa oman huoneen käyttöönsä ja jaamme keittiön, olohuoneen, wc, suihkutilan, saunan ja parvekkeen. Oma huone vuokrataan kalustettuna tai kalustamattomana sopimuksen mukaan. Muut huoneet ovat kalustettuja. Asunnossa on astianpesukone ja pyykinpesukone. Koko asunnon pinta-ala on 72 m2. Asunto on 1. kerroksessa.
Vuokra on 534,5€/kk, vesimaksu 25€/kk/hlö, sähkö kulutuksen mukaan ja autohallipaikka 19€/kk. Autohallipaikasta on myös mahdollista luopua, jos et tarvitse sitä. Asuntoon voi muuttaa 1.2.2025 alkaen.

I'm looking for a roommate for an apartment in the city center. You'll get your own bedroom and shared kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom, sauna and balcony. The bedroom is possible to rent as furnished or not furnished depending which you prefer. The shared spaces are furnished. There is a dishwasher and washing machine for clothes in the apartment. The area of the apartment is 72 square meters. The apartment is on the first floor.
The rent is 534,5€ per month + water 25€ for one person per month + electricity depending on the amount of use + (parking space in a hall 19€, if you need a parking space). It is possible to move to the apartment the first day of February 2025 or later.
